Moon Flower

To the stars that are fiddling with the darkness,
I sing about love and burn down to nothing.

Having lit up my punishments, I leave behind fingernail marks
as I nestle close to the innocent daisies' dreams.

Traveling from one pair of lips to another,
where is that warmth going?
It clearly doesn't have a destination.

I wouldn't be satisfied if you weren't with me.
I wouldn't have been able to forgive you if I wasn't myself.
Therefore, I felt a shiver
after I managed to stand up on my own feet.

I can be saved if someone would keep me until my death,
but with my lock flagrantly unlocked,
I am just like
a small maddened bird that yearns for a cage.

The flower carries a load of lies.

See through me with your cold fingers.
Touch me but please don't soil me.

When I turn around, I see that one of my feathers
is burned and stuck on the thorny road.

If everything is an illusion, I'll love the illusion
and be able to abandon even my tomorrow.
So give me a reason to fear it.

Because I couldn't live on if you weren't with me,
I chased after those withering nights.
I wanted you to plunder me
forcefully into your arms.

But my rhythmic lowly heartbeats
are being enveloped by silence.
In the room where we used to horse around,
I cover my ears and count the number of my divine punishments.
